Our mission is to make it easy for you to select the right diet for you.  We go to great lengths to study diets and present them in a format for you to make easy "apples to apples" comparisons.  This approach should assist you in selecting the right diet that meets your dietary tastes and lifestyle desires.   

We have developed menus plans for all the diets we have reviewed - and we add to the diet selections regularly to keep up with the various options.  We know you are busy with family, careers, school, and life! Our job is to make it easy for you to follow a diet plan with minimal work at your end - we provide you with:

We recommended that you try a diet for at least 60 days consistently.  It typically takes 30 days to develop a habit and you might find yourself not committing totally at first due to old habits getting in the way.  By the second month, the diet should become second nature.  However, we recognize that not all diets are for everyone.  We provide you with many diet menu options so you can explore until you find the one that fits you like a glove. We are confident you will find the one most suitable for your tastes and for your lifestyle.
